Pixelated love- 8bit design challenge

for the 8 bit design challenge.
I hope this fills all the necessary requirements, never submitted before but thought it'd be fun.

i was going for a futuristic pixelated look. as if an 80's game got a futuristic makeover.

Edit: thank you for those who pointed out the requirement errors. I'll try and fix it so that it works out!
